If you are a telecommunications supplier or e-business service provider, then these pages explain how you can use Project ATLAS to access new customers in new locations.
ATLAS provides a neutral ,open-access fibre optic network on 6 business parks in Scotland. Each park also has a high-spec environmentally-controlled Co-Location Building to house operators’ equipment.
To access customers on the 6 business parks, service providers need simply connect their network to a prepared connection point on each park, and then rent fibre on the ATLAS park network. Service providers who do not have their own telecoms network can arrange transit with an existing telco.
